Biography
Ken Macdonald has 28 years’ experience assisting and advising public and private sector organisations on a wide range of environmental matters. He has particular expertise in industrial pollution prevention and control, including regulatory compliance, environmental impact assessment, and management systems and plans. He has prepared consent applications and regulatory submissions for major industrial facilities; managed large-scale multidisciplinary projects and programmes; conducted environmental audits; prepared policies and strategies; modelled water quality and the effects of aquatic discharges; and developed catchment management plans. Ken has also prepared and presented evidence for civil and criminal hearings, and environmental protection and pollution court cases.
