Biography
Patricia Paschke is a resource management professional, with more than 25 years of public-sector experience. She has particular expertise in policy development, planning and regulatory work, including consent applications, as well as environmental programme development and implementation, project management and compliance. She has managed complex multi-stakeholder regulatory projects, from strategy development, consenting and stakeholder engagement—including communicating complex technical information—to implementing and managing compliance processes. Patricia’s work focuses on public infrastructure regulatory and compliance management in the areas of water, wastewater and waste management. She earned a BSc in biology from the University of Auckland, and an MSc in resource management from the University of Canterbury.
