Heather is a Canadian-trained Physiotherapist with work experience in both inpatient neurological rehabilitation and private orthopaedic practices. She enjoys incorporating education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, training body awareness/motor control via meaningful exercise instruction, therapeutic taping, bracing, and an open line of communication into her treatment plans.
