Biography

I'm based in Auckland and look after Customer Services Retail, which includes fresh, frozen, chilled and canned products.  My work mainly relies on good relationships with our reps, who need to know what is happening with our products and orders.  There might be a change in delivery, a shortage or something else, so we need to let people know.  I am a middle person between our customers, reps, third party logistics/cold stores and transport companies.  My job is really all about keeping people in the loop. I like it here. It's a good environment and the people are nice and friendly and very good at helping and encouraging each other. The fish is pretty good too!
