Graeme Blincoe

Biography

I started at Sealord 32 years ago on the late shift in the wet fish factory. These days my job involves the day-to-day operation of the fishmeal plant, raising Ministry of Primary Industry certificates for the items that need to be exported, recycling and waste management for the site, overseeing the effluent management on-site and keeping a good working relationship with vessel meal plants. I'm also a back-up operator too if one of the guys is off sick.
