Biography
Katie trained as a Registered Nurse in Auckland and worked for five years at Auckland Hospital, specialising in Neurosurgery. This demanding role required tenacity, empathy and the unique ability of any nurse to juggle the professional demands of the unit with skill, patience and the drive to provide the best possible care. After five years in Auckland, Katie travelled around Europe where she experienced the diversity and excitement of new countries and cultures.
