Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in the Surgical Management of Arthritis, Joint Reconstruction and Joint Replacement Surgery. Special interest in Primary Hip and Knee Joint Replacement, Complex/Difficult Joint Replacement, Joint Replacement in the Young Patient, Complex Revision Joint Replacement Surgery including Major Bone Allograft Surgery, Infected Joint Replacements, Birmingham Hip Resurfacing. Involved in the initial use of Computer Assisted Surgery, Minimal Incision Surgery and Hip Resurfacing in New Zealand. Involved in Clinical Research and Fellowship Training at Auckland City Hospital.
