Biography
Liam studied in Dunedin and Christchurch before starting his career as a junior doctor in Hawke’s Bay. Urological training took him to Auckland, Christchurch and Tauranga. After working for two years in the UK, including a Pediatric Urology Fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, he returned to the Bay of Plenty in 2003. His primary interests are pediatric urology, female urology and urethral reconstruction. Liam is particularly interested in decision-making in treatment of prostate cancer.
