Mr Mark Sherwood

Biography

Mr Sherwood is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon. He completed his advanced training in spinal surgery in New Zealand and Australia. He treats general orthopaedic conditions and does hip and knee joint replacement surgery. He also treats scoliosis and complex spinal conditions in children. Mr Sherwood has a special interest in the treatment of adult spinal conditions including spinal injuries, age-related degeneration, spinal deformity and tumours. He performs surgeries at Southern Cross Hospital, Wellington and Wakefield Hospital, and also works at Wellington Regional Hospital as a consultant orthopaedic and spinal surgeon.
