Biography
I completed my undergraduate and junior doctor training in South Africa and my general orthopaedic training in New Zealand, having worked in many centres around the country. My fellowship training in Glasgow in knee and hip surgery further enhanced my skills in this area. I have a special interest in hip and knee surgery and in particular revision arthroplasty and sports injuries of the knee. I am committed to providing the highest quality care for my patients in a professional but friendly way. I strive to communicate with all parties clearly and in a timely fashion to thus ensure the best possible outcome. I am more than happy to take calls regarding clinical questions as needed. My public hospital practice includes lower limb trauma and complex primary and revision arthroplasty and I enjoy my teaching commitments to both registrars and medical students.
