Biography

I have undertaken a general Orthopaedic training programme in the UK and was a Consultant in England for four years before emigrating to New Zealand. I have a general adult Orthopaedic practice with an emphasis on lower limb problems including primary major joint replacement, foot and ankle problems and sports injuries of the lower limbs. My practice includes the use of safe minimal access surgery for lower limb problems. Lower Limb Arthroplasty (hip, knee and ankle) Lower limb arthroscopy (knee and ankle) and soft tissue reconstruction (ACL, ankle ligament and tendon reconstruction) Foot and ankle surgery including all aspects of reconstruction for elective and post-traumatic problems
