Biography
Ms. Marie Elizabeth McDonald is Non-Executive Director of the company. She joined the Nanosonics Board in October 2016, bringing with her a strong background in corporate and commercial law, having practised for many years as a partner at Ashurst. Ms McDonald was Chair of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia (2012 to 2013) and was a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel from 2001 to 2010. Ms McDonald is currently a Non-executive Director of CSL Limited, Nufarm Limited and the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research.
