Biography
Anna grew up in Canterbury with a strong sporting background and a passion for living an active lifestyle. She has represented both Canterbury and Otago in her dominant sport- Netball and from a young age she knew she wanted to persue a career as a physiotherpist. Anna graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013 and began working for the Southern District Health board as a rotational physiotherapist at Dunedin Hospital. She completed rotations in neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, cardio-respiratory ICU care, outpatient muscoloskeletal therapy and paediatric inpatient and outpaitent rehabilitation. Anna is delighted to have moved up to the Bay of Plenty where she and her husband can enjoy a sunfilled, active lifestyle closer to family. Her particular areas of interest are paeditric physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation and she has recently started training to become a certified Pilates instructor.
