Biography
Cory completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Otago University in 2008, and worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the private setting for a few years, before transitioning into Vocational Rehabilitation in Brisbane, Australia. Cory has experience in many different areas in vocational rehabilitation, including pre-employment screening, risk assessments, complex case management and provision of onsite physiotherapy services. In her last year in Australia, she moved to Central Queensland to run a small team assisting those in the disability employment services sector. After 7 years in Australia, Cory moved back to NZ with her husband to be closer to family, and joined the Body In Motion team in February 2017. Cory believes that good and safe work is essential in the rehabilitation process, and carries this philosophy through in her practice.
