Biography
Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Otago in 1999. She continued her studies in Physiotherapy, graduating in 2002. Kate has spent the past 14 years working in both private & public physiotherapy settings in a variety of health areas including musculoskeletal; neuro; vocational; exercise prescription; and over the last 5 years specialising in hand therapy. Over the last year, Kate has returned to the physical component of vocational rehabilitation, helping people return from dysfunction to function in their life. She has a strong passion for education on holisitc health, and how to put activity into your day.
