Biography
I studied psychology at Victoria University because I became fascinated by people’s potential for healing. I won a scholarship to do a doctorate in my Honours year, and took up the study of self-actualization. After graduating with a PhD, I extended the study to inner peace and inner wholeness.

I have published several papers on optimal well-being of which the most recent is listed below. Currently, I am working on a scale to measure self-realization, which involves consistent inner peace and freedom of expression.
