Biography
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Information Studies (Major) with Linguistics (Minor) from the University of Ghana, a Master of Arts in Digital Library Learning from a consortium of three universities: Oslo University College, Norway; Tallinn University, Estonia; and Palmer University, Italy. I obtained my PhD from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. I also have a Certificate in Teaching from Wesley College, Ghana.
Research Interest
My research interests span a range of areas including digital libraries, information literacy, and digital preservation issues, particularly those bordering on ICT policy development and strategy implementation affecting developing countries.
