Biography
My social work vocation began in Papakura in 1989, working for both government and non-government organisations including Iwi and Maori Social Services. I have been involved in the provision of external supervision, wananga, training, and education in community and social work for many years. I have also served as a governance member on national and community social service agencies and tribal and marae entities. I am a qualified and registered social worker and am currently completing my Masters in Social Work.
Research Interest
My research interests include indigenous and tangata whenua social and community work practice development and supervision.
