Maria Fitzgerald is currently working as Associate Professor of Accounting, Finance and Economics of University of Waikato.
Research Interest
Her current areas of research interest Management of processes in line with organisational policy and whether "one process fits all " Thought processes of decision makers: Motivation for decision making vs reliability of organisational policy initiatives, Event management and value in relation to consumer satisfaction. Managerial behaviour and its impact on organisational communication (historical). Organisational culture : Relevance to gender, role, employment longevity, change management.
