Biography
Dr. Andrew Bahn is currently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Physiology, University of Otago School of Biomedical Sciences , New Zealand. His research interests includes Organic anion transport especially urate and tryptophan metabolite transport. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Andrew Bahn is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Organic anion transport especially urate and tryptophan metabolite transport.
Research Interest
Dr. Andrew’s research interest lies in identifying how high (diabetes, prostate cancer and gout) or low (neurodegenerative diseases) urate plasma levels contribute to the above diseases.
