Biography
Dr. Rajesh Katare is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Physiology, University of Otago School of Biomedical Sciences , New Zealand. His research interests includes Cardiovascular disease; diabetes. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Rajesh Katare is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Cardiovascular disease; diabetes.
Research Interest
Research interests include: Molecular mechanisms involved in the development of cardiovascular complications in diabetes. Role of microRNAs in cardiovascular diseases. Development of novel genetic and stem cell therapies for the treatment of ischemic and non-ischemic cardiovascular complications.
