Barry Allan

Biography

  Dr. Barry Allan is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Law, University of Otago , New Zealand. His research interests includes Consumer Credit, Corporate Criminal Liability, Equitable Obligations of Lenders, Issues Arising from the Use of the Internet, Misrepresentation, Personal Properties Securities Law, Tort Law. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Barry Allan is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Consumer Credit, Corporate Criminal Liability, Equitable Obligations of Lenders, Issues Arising from the Use of the Internet, Misrepresentation, Personal Properties Securities Law, Tort Law.
