Dr. Carolyn Burns is currently working as a Emeritus Professor in the Department of Zoology, University of Otago , New Zealand. Her research interests includes Plankton ecology. She is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Carolyn Burns is the member of many international affiliations. She has successfully completed her Administrative responsibilities. She has authored of many research articles/books related to Plankton ecology.
