Dr. Margaret Briggs is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Law, University of Otago , New Zealand. Her research interests includes Criminal Law, Property Law, Family Property Law. She is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Margaret Briggs is the member of many international affiliations. She has successfully completed her Administrative responsibilities. She has authored of many research articles/books related to Criminal Law, Property Law, Family Property Law.
