Biography
Dr. Mark Henaghan is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Law, University of Otago , New Zealand. His research interests includes Family Law, Law Relating to Children (custody/access, child abuse, medico-legal issues) Human Genome Law, Relationship Property, The Judiciary and judge-made Law. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Mark Henaghan is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Family Law, Law Relating to Children (custody/access, child abuse, medico-legal issues) Human Genome Law, Relationship Property, The Judiciary and judge-made Law.
