Biography
Nicola joined the Faculty as a student in 1984. She teaches and convenes Public Law, Environmental Law and International Environmental Law. Nicola’s research interests lie in the environmental and conservation law about marine mammals, wildlife protection, protected areas, precaution, fisheries, genetically modified organisms, rivers and lakes, and the Treaty of Waitangi.
