Biography
Mr Stephen Hall-Jones has over twenty years management and administrational experience. From 1986 until 2003 he worked in various roles at the Otago University Students’ Association, as Social Activities Manager, Clubs and Societies Centre Manager, and finally as General Manager. More recently he has been the Administrator for the departments of Social Work and Community Development and Management before his current role in Information Science. In addition to various administrational responsibilities Stephen oversees the financial management of the Department’s budget and research grants. He is responsible for all human resource matters relating to the Department and its research activities. He also provides the Head of Department with strategic and management advice and direction.
