Binnari Lee

Biography

 Binnari Lee graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2008, and has since been working in private practices helping people with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Binnari has developed a special interest in the areas of neuro-musculoskeletal physiotherapy, in particular, neurodynamics dysfunction, correcting faulty movement patterns, and spine and lower limb stability rehabilitation. Following her passion in functional rehabilitation, Binnari completed further training in active spinal stability rehabilitation in Sydney. Using these exercises that are very specific and based on the latest research into motor relearning, Binnari enjoys treating back pain from all pathologies. Anyone with back problems whether for pre- or post- surgery, or elite athletes wanting to improve their core strength, can benefit from seeing Binnari. Her rehabilitation aims to achieve sustainable functional outcomes by retraining the brain to retrain the body.
