Mark is a professional director with 20 years’ international experience in investment banking. He holds diverse directorships spanning publicly listed companies, institutional investment funds, and notfor-profit organisations. Mark is the Chair of Milford Asset Management and SIL/MFL Superannuation Funds, and a director of Genesis Energy, Chorus, Argosy Property, and Triathlon NZ. Mark is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
