Biography

Professor Uche Grace Emetarom obtained her First School Leaving Certificate with DISTINCTION and obtained her West African School Certificate in SECOND DIVISION. She has a GRADE II TEACHER’S CERTIFICATE and obtained her Bachelors degree, B.ED. Educational Management and Geography in SECOND CLASS HONOURS (UPPER DIVISION) an M.ED in Educational Management from the University of Ibadan.and a Ph. D Educational Administration and Planning from Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State, Nigeria.
