Biography

Ph.D. Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering, Stanford University (USA). Highly accomplished leader and professional with proven skills and experience in teaching and overall management operations including strategic management, operations and multinational projects in 15 countries around the world including: Armenia, Rep. of Cameroon, Chad, Denmark, Iran, Japan, Niger, Nigeria, Mexico, Republic Democratic of Congo, Russia, Senegal, Switzerland, Tanzania, and the United States. Provided management and consulting services for many public, private, and higher education sectors. Taught many courses to over 8,000 practitioners and business major students via classes, seminars, and lectures on wide variety of topics such as: Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard, Community Balanced Scorecard, Output Mapping, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Strategic Management, International Business, Managerial Statistics, Operations Management, Production Management, Decision Support, Management Science, Project Management, and eCommerce. He worked for international organizations such as the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) where he developed an industrial master plan for the Republic of Cameroon; also while at Cal Poly University, he managed many projects including a $ 1.9 Million contract where he assisted in policy planning for Cameroon Agricultural projects. As the founder and President of the Integrated Renewable Energy Inc. (IRE), generated over $1 Million for design and installation of solar panel for the commercial buildings in Southern California. As the Vice President of the Strategic Group developed and delivered many strategy related programs and trainings including Conflict Resolution and Emotional Intelligence training for the Orange County Tax Collector in California. He is an effective communicator fluent in English, French, and Persian; and maintains some understanding of Spanish, German, Arabic, and Turkish.
