Biography

Ph.D., University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA. Originally hailing from Monterey California, Dr. Sims received her B.A. in International Relations and Comparative Government from the University of California, Los Angeles; M.A. in Political Theory from San Francisco State University, and PhD in Political Theory from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Dr. Sims has taught at a range of institutions in the United States, including Trinity College, University of Connecticut, University of Massachusetts Amherst, Smith College and Siena College.
