Biography
He obtained his bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA (operations management) from the Ambrose Alli University, and a PGD in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos.Marvel is currently a doctoral student of Walden University, USA
Research Interest
his research interests focus on leadership intervention on productivity improvement and organizational change initiatives with emphasis on manufacturing and service oriented organizations.
