Patrice Alberti

Biography

Mr. Patrice Alberti has served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company since July 17, 2017. He served as Non-Executive Director of the Company between March 20, 2009 and July 17, 2017. Mr. Alberti holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the Paris Academy (cyber university) and has been with the Group since 2004. He is currently the Group Managing Director of the Group of Companies and a Director on the Board of Corlay Global S.A. Prior to joining the Group, he held a number of positions over a period of 20 years in various banks in Europe namely: BNP Paribas, Paribas, Banque Arabe Internationale D’Investitssment, Banco Central SA, to mention a few. He is Member of the Audit Committee of the Company, Chairman of the Board Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee, Member of the Risk, Strategic Planning and Finance Committee, and Member of the Human Resources Committee of the Company.   has been serving as Independent Director in Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. since June 2007. He is also working for Mitsubishi Logistics Corporation. He used to work for a subsidiary, Shin-Etsu Handotai Co., Ltd.   Mr. Patrice Alberti has served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company since July 17, 2017.
