Biography

I am trained and skilled in creating Occupational Health and Safety solutions to support organisations from point of recruitment to exit and retirement. In trying to achieve this, my role within the company is to initiate, design and see to smart implementation of OSH solutions as fitness-to-work and fitness-at-work, training and behavioural change programs, site clinic designs and management, health assessment, workplace psycho-social hazards and mental health programs, medical evacuation, international medical assistance, placement of Medics, drug and alcohol testing with a most standard process chain (in-vessel) and industrial hygiene projects. We have a new dimension to our business which focuses of Hygiene, Infection Control and Patient Safety. In our desire to lay claims on our diagnostic outcomes, we designed and own a Project Medical Laboratory to support our Clinical Occupational Health functions at every stage of our different project cycles. We leverage greatly on the strength of the partnerships we have developed across many countries of the world owing to the law of comparative strength advantage and this has been our most profound differentiation strategy that has made us a preferred brand in West Africa OHS market.
