Biography

Mrs. Omolara Iswat Elemide has served as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Chemical and Allied Products Plc since May 4, 2009. She served as Finance Director/Company Secretary, Executive Director of the Company between February 2005 and May 4, 2009. She joined the Board in March 2005, having worked in various capacities as Internal Check Manager, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant and Divisional Commercial Director within the UACN Group. She was Audit Manager at UAC of Nigeria Plc following the divestment of Unilever in 1994. She was Finance Director of UACN Property Development Co. Plc. She has attended Strategy and Finance course at the Ashridge Institute of Management, UK, Unilever International Management Seminar, UK and six month attachment with the Unilever International Audit Departments in the United States of America, Germany and UK. She is Member of the Governance Committee of the Company.
