Achike Anthonia Ifeyinwa

Biography

Professor Ifeyinwa is the first female Professor of the Department of Agricultural Economics, UNN. She is currently the Director, African Climate Change Adaptation Initiative University of Nigeria Nsukka (ACCAI-UNN); the Team leader of Nigeria’s Community Based Poverty Monitoring System (CBMS-Nigeria); the Coordinator of Agribusiness Development Programme of the African Network for Agriculture, Agroforestry and Natural Resources Education (ANAFE); and also the Coordinator of the Climate Change Project under the African Women in Science and Technology (AWFST), a programme of the African technology Policy Studies (ATPS). She hails from Onitsha, Anambra state. She is married.
