Biography
Helen holds the following qualifications: B.SC (Nig), LL.B (Nig) (1st Class), BL(Lagos), LL.M (Nig), PH.D (In View). She is a Professional Negotiator and Mediator and also the Programs Director, Conflict Resolution and Advocacy Centre (NGO), Enugu; She is the Host of ‘Society and the Law’- a weekly broadcast of Enugu State Television Authority. Helen is from Ngwo, Udi LGA, Enugu state and a mother six children.
