Biography
Anya, Sylvester Ndubuisi studied law in the Faculty of Law, University of Nigeria UNN. He holds Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) and is at present studying for his Ph.D. Anya became an academic staff member of the Faculty of Law, UNN on 2 September, 2007. He is married with children.
