Biography

I was born on 29th December, 1977 to the family of Mr. & Mrs. Ilo, Hyacinth from Imezi-Owa in Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State. I attended Primary & Secondary Education at Community Primary School Nru, Nsukka and Community Secondary Secondary ETTE, Enugu-Ezike respectively. I obtained an OND certificate in Public Administration and Local Government in 2006 and WEAC in 2002. I am a Senior Laboratory Assistant in the Department of PSB UNN.
