Miss Madu, Josephine Chinenye hails from Umuduruebo village in Ehime-Mbano Local Government Area of Imo state. She is a God fearing Catholic Christian who loves hard work, honesty and modesty. Her peculiar objectives includes working with members of staff and facilities, contributing the best of her ability and quota in order to improve organizational objectives, leaving no room for mediocrity; achieve necessary goals and thereby attaining a higher level of professionalism, career and personal development.She has a passion for teaching and research and she loves to learn new things.

Research Interest

Ecotoxicology, Hydrobiology and Environmental Biology Toxicological studies of the environment (especially the aquatic environment) to assess the rate of pollution induced by heavy metal contamination and giving possible recommendations.
