Biography
Obioma Mbah was born in Nsukka in Nsukka L.G.A of Enugu State on 5th April, 1958. She holds a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Human Nutrition. She teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her major interest is in development of nutrition education tools and quality evaluation of foods/diets in households and community level.
