Biography
Dr (Mrs) N.J Modebe was born on 28th December, 1952 and hails from Onitsha in Onitsha North Local Government area of Nigeria. She had her primary school education at Odakpu Primary School, Onitsha from 1957 to 1959, St. Saviour’s Primary School, Lagos, Lagos from1960 to 1963. She had her secondary education at Holy Child College, Lagos State from 1964 to 1966, Queens School Enugu, Enugu State from 1966 to 1967 and Our Lady of Apostles, Ibadan, Oyo State, where she had her WASC Grade 1 in 1971.She started her University education in the University of California, Los Angeles, California where she bagged her B.Sc. in Banking and Finance in 1978. She later had her Masters in Business Administration in 1990 and her Ph.D. in the Department of Banking and Finance, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.
