Biography
Dr. Eric K. N. Nwagu is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Social Science Education, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). Born into a modest Christian family on 06th January,1956, he trained as a pivotal teacher for the moribund UPE programme of the 70’s. He obtained the B.Sc Hons degree of UNN in Education/Geography in 1982. He also holds the M.Ed and Ph.D degrees of same university in Educational Measurement and Evaluation. He taught briefly in a public secondary school and a College of Education before joining the services of UNN in September, 1991 as an Assistant Lecturer. He teaches courses and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students in the areas of: Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation, Geographical Education and Environmental Education. He consults for many agencies and organizations such as UNICEF, UBEC, WAEC, NECO, NTI, etc.
