Biography
Dr. Angie Oboegbulem is an Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Planning at the Department of Educational Foundations, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Angie Oboegbulem holds a Ph.D in Educational Administration and Planning. She has served the University for 18 years and has published widely in National and International Journals. She has published four books and co-authored three books in her subject area. Angie Oboegbulem has received a number of awards and she is a fellow of some professional bodies.
