Christiana Nwakego Ogbonna obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education Biology from University of Nigeria Nsukka (1988); a Master’s Degree in Biosystem Science, Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences University of Tsukuba Japan (2001) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Department of Biochemistry/Biotechnology, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Ebonyi State University Abakaliki, Nigeria (2010).
