Okiche Ebelechukwu Lawretta

Biography

Ebelechukwu Lawretta Okiche is a holder of both the Bachelor and Master of Laws degrees of the University of Nigeria where she is also a Ph.D candidate. She joined the Faculty in 2004. Before her enrolment as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Mrs. Okiche read Philosophy in the University of Lagos where she was the best graduating student of the Faculty of Arts which earned her a Federal Government merit award. She is a chartered insurer, having studied Insurance at the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. Okiche is also a consumer activist and professional negotiator and mediator
