Biography
Rev. Sr Mary Nwakaego Okolie hails from Ihuowerri Orsumoghu in Ihiala L. G. A. She is currently a Graduate Assistant in the Department of English and Literary Studies, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She holds a BA (Hons) degree, 2nd class upper division in English and Literary Studies in 2010, Postgraduate Diploma in Education degree, 2nd class upper division in 2012, and a Master of Arts degree in English (Literature) 1st class honours in 2015, all of the University of Nigeria Nsukka. Her research interest is on comparative African literature, identity studies, border studies, discourse analysis, literary criticism, etc. She teaches and supervises first degree programmes of English and Literary Studies of the department.
Research Interest
Main areas of specialisation include comparative literature, literary theory and research methodology.
