My name is Martha Chinyere Okonkwo, an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Management, University of Nigeria Nsukka. I obtained a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom. I also did my first degree in the Department of Management, University of Nigeria Nsukka. My research interest centers on staff and student learning and development as well as employment strategies and staff performance
