Biography
Dr. Okpara Chukwuemeka Vincent, a lecturer in painting, drawing and design at the Department of Fine and Applied Arts, University of Nigeria, Nsukka from 13th June 2002. He hail from Ezeukwu community of Bende Local Government Area of Abia State. He was born on 24th February, 1968 in Abiriba, Abia State. Attended St. Lawrence primary, Ibeku High School Umuahia. He had his first degree (B.A) in painting (1994), Master of Fine Art (MFA) in painting(1999) and Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) in Art Education (2009) at the University of Nigeria Nsukka.
